1. General conditions
These general conditions (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions"), apply to the purchase of products via shop.extremefitness.no (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), and indicate the conditions that apply between you as a customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "The Customer ”) and Extreme Fitness AS.
By placing an order on this Website, the Customer confirms that he or she has read through the terms and conditions and accepted them. The customer must be 18 years of age to shop at shop.extremefitness.no. If you are under 18 years of age, you can get an adult, for example a guardian, to carry out the transaction for you.
2. Prices
Prices for the goods are stated including value added tax (VAT). VAT on sports nutrition and dietary supplements is 15%. VAT on clothes and equipment is 25%.
The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all expenses associated with the purchase such as shipping and any fees for the selected payment method etc.
3. Reservation
We reserve the right for any typographical errors in terms of price and other information about the goods in the online store.
We reserve the right to change prices.
We reserve the right for errors in stock and reserve the right to cancel out-of-stock items.
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase/sale in the event of any errors on the page such as price, availability, product information etc.
Pictures can be misleading and we recommend everyone to read the product information.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Vipps
We use Vipps, which makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online.
When you pay with Vipps, the order amount is reserved on your card when ordering. A reservation means that we ask your bank to withhold the amount you have shopped for. This means that the available amount on your account is reduced. The money is still in your account, but reserved by Extreme Fitness AS.
Once your order has been dispatched (order status is updated to delivered) by us, we will execute your order. This means that reserved amounts on your account will be withdrawn.
4.2 Removal of reservations or refund (in case of return of goods)
If you have returned all or part of your order, the withdrawn amount will be available in your account again within 1-3 weeks (depending on your bank). Please note that we have no way of influencing the time it takes to release a reservation or carry out repayment (refund). If you want access to updated information about your released reservations/refunds after we have carried them out, that is, when you have received the credit note from us, you can contact Vipps and provide the Vipps ID. You can find the Vipps ID on the picture of the refund that came with the confirmation that we sent to you by e-mail as documentation that the reservation has been cancelled//the refund has been completed.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Click and Collect.
You will receive an email with an updated order status to "delivered" when your order is ready to be picked up (Pick Up).
Check that all information is correct before completing your order. It is the customer's own responsibility that conditions for delivery are met.
Please note that undelivered packages will be charged a fee of NOK 100.
5.2 Processing time
Normal processing time is 1-2 hours within the store's opening hours from the time the order is received.
6. Cancellation (cancellation of orders)
In case of cancellation of orders, we will charge a fee of NOK. NOK 100 for administrative costs.

7. Right of withdrawal, return, exchange, complaint, wrong shipment and undelivered shipment
7.1 Right of withdrawal
The Right of Cancellation Act only applies to consumer purchases. See further information below.
We will send an e-mail with a status update (under processing), in this e-mail you will find an attached form for the right of withdrawal. You can also download the right of withdrawal form . If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, this form must be completed and returned to us together with the goods. NB! You can also attach a waybill or a note with your name and order number if you do not have a right of withdrawal form available. The most important thing is that we get information about who has returned the package.
All products that are returned will be refunded / credited. If you want new products, this must be ordered again in our online store. See section 7.2 regarding exchange.
The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. Section 8 of the Right of Cancellation Act, point i). If the item is returned as cash on delivery, the package will not be picked up by us. Under-franked returns are charged NOK 289 for taxes and administration.

You have 14 days open to purchase from us (cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 21), and you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal stipulates that notification has been given to the seller within 14 days after the delivery has been received (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 21.) It obliges you as a customer to take active action in such a way that there is no doubt that you make use of your right of withdrawal . This means that you must actively collect the order and then send or deliver it back to us. If you do not pick up the order and are otherwise completely passive, you will not have fulfilled the requirements set for you in accordance with Section 20 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and you will thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of NOK 100 to cover administration costs. The fee is deducted from the refund.
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives traders the right to charge the customer if the product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and/or function of the goods. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, products returned to us must meet the conditions described under section 7.3
How to return / cancel a purchase:
- Complete the right of withdrawal form that was sent with the delivery confirmation by e-mail.
- Include the cancellation form in the package that you return to us. You can also attach a waybill or a note with your name and order number if you do not have a right of withdrawal form available. The most important thing is that we get information about who has returned the package.
- The customer himself is responsible for the return of goods and we therefore recommend that the return package is sent with tracking if you want security for your package. We recommend that return packages are sent with Norgespakke (www.posten.no). If the package is sent by letter post, all the way home or other similar shipping methods, you are responsible for the loss if the package is lost during transport. Returns can also be delivered in our store Extreme Fitness Shop in Trondheim.
Please note that it can take up to 1 - 3 weeks from the time we receive your return until the return is processed.
7.2 Exchange
How to exchange items:
- Return the item that you wish to exchange (the product is credited / refunded)
- Buy new items at shop.extremefitness.no or in our store Extreme Fitness Shop in Trondheim.

7.3 Conditions for exchange, return and right of withdrawal - Important to remember when exchanging and returning:
In order to be refunded the full amount upon return, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in original packaging, with all tags attached, without odors or marks:
- Products returned must not have been used or damaged in any way.
- When buying clothes. Products that are dirty or stained by, among other things, make-up, creams, deodorant or other things are not accepted as returns.
- Products that are missing a label or have damaged packaging are not accepted as returns. Please note that if you tape and destroy a shoe box in the return shipment, the item cannot be sold on and is classified as second-hand goods.
- Underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Dietary supplements that have been opened are not accepted as returns.
If your return is not approved, we will contact you at the email address provided on your user account associated with your order. We will offer you to resend the product(s) that were not approved as a return, for a shipping fee of NOK. NOK 289. If this is desired, we must receive feedback within 3 days from when we contacted you. The product(s) will be destroyed after 3 days.
7.4 Complaints / Wrong shipment:
If the package is damaged when you receive it, complaints must be made to the collection point (post office/post in store) where you received the item. Damage to the consignment must be documented and registered at the place of delivery. Undocumented damage does not qualify for compensation.
If you have received an incorrect shipment or find a defect in your order, contact us immediately and at the latest within 3 days after the shipment has been received by you, at support@extremefitness.no where you describe the error in question or claim the defect. It is important that you always send a picture of the packaging, any damage or defects to the product. Do not attempt to correct errors or defects in products without this having been clarified with Extreme Fitness. Do not take any action that entails any form of outlay. Do not use or consume products that are advertised.
Extreme Fitness cannot deduct or credit / refund amounts above the total order amount.
In the event of an error in delivery, the product must be returned and it cannot then be used. This means that clothing and equipment must not be used and sports nutrition/dietary supplements must not have broken packaging. When returning a wrongly sent product, we will send you a return label for free return. Only returns through the Extreme Fitness transport agreement are to be used for returns of complaints and faulty shipments. Products can also be delivered directly to our store Extreme Fitness Shop in Trondheim.
Once we have received and or processed your return / complaint, we will credit you for the product.
8. Other Terms
Change in the terms. Extreme Fitness AS reserves the right to change the current terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.
9. Warranty
Consumer purchases are regulated in, among other things, the Purchases Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. 11. Force majeure
If Extreme Fitness AS is prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor conflict or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as shortages or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this point, Extreme Fitness AS is exempt for all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit it to the corresponding purchase price of the defective item.
